We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use NaPlay on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include:

• Copying or duplicating the App
• Modifying or altering the App
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the App's source code
• Using the App for commercial purposes
• Transferring or sublicensing the App to others
• Removing or altering any proprietary notices or labels

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others
• Not harass, threaten, or bully any individual
• Not access or use the App if you are under 13 years of age
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your device
• Not use the App to distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, or abusive content

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to any videos, files, playlists, and other content you upload or create within NaPlay.

App Content: All content, features, and functionality of NaPlay are owned by NaPlay or our content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all content stored in the App and that such use does not violate the rights of third parties.

5. Limitations on Use

You may not:

• Use the App to store or distribute illegal, pirated, or copyright-infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App to develop competing products or services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Disrupt the normal operation of the App or its servers

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount of one dollar ($1.00).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NaPlay from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any content you upload or store in the App

9. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites and services not operated by NaPlay. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

NaPlay and all intellectual property rights therein are the exclusive property of our company. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent, except as provided in these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App following revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful, illegal, or abusive conduct. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
